You must be 18 years or older to purchase any tobacco related items sold on our site. By placing an order you are stating that you are at least 18 years old and are purchasing them for yourself or someone else who is at least 18 years old.
How to Order
When you click on a thumbnail picture you are given a larger multiple view of each pipe. If you wish to buy the pipe click on "Add To Cart". This will add the pipe to your shopping cart and also show a screen confirming the placement of the pipe in your cart. From here you can choose to continue shopping or check out. When you choose to check out, please make sure you fill the form out completely. Your order will be time stamped and processed in the order they are received. The site is constantly updated when pipes are purchased. If a pipe is on hold that you are interested in you may send an e-mail and be put next in line in case the sale falls through. The pipe or pipes you select will be placed on hold for 8 days, allowing sufficient time for your payment to reach us.
How to Pay
Currently there are three ways in which you can pay for your purchase: PayPal, money order, or cashiers check. I hope in the near future to be set up to take credit cards directly. If you are not a Pay Pal member you can click the following link and get an immediate credit to your new Pay Pal account of $5. If you are not familiar with Pay Pal it is very easy to set up an account with a major credit card and be able to use your account immediately.

Shipping Information
I will do all possible to ship your pipes before the end of the following business day of your order. All items are shipped via USPS Priority for a flat rate of $8.00. Insurance is included. Pipes being shipped Internationally will be shipped with USPS Global Priority. If you are an international customer, please contact us directly for actual shipping and insurance costs and the method you wish your pipes sent. Rates vary so contact me.
Return Policy
As a pipe smoker I know how important it is for a pipe to 'feel right'. Pictures can only tell you so much. If after you receive your pipe and it just doesn't feel right for you, you may return it within 10 days for a refund of your purchase price. The pipe must be returned unsmoked, in the same condition it was in when I packed it. Should you choose to exchange the pipe for another in our stock, I will ship the replacement pipe with no additional shipping charges. Shipping charges will only be refunded with a return if the description I give of the pipe is inaccurate and/or misleading. When returning a pipe I only ask that you e-mail me first and tell me why you are returning the pipe.
Special Orders
If there is a particular style of a pipe you are looking for, we may be able to get it for you. Send us an e-mail with a complete description (and a picture if you have one) of the pipe you are looking for. Please give us a few days to check on the pipes availability. You will be quoted a price and approximate time of delivery if we are capable of obtaining it. If you choose to purchase the pipe we will need a deposit of 25% before it is ordered for you.
We will not share, sell, or transfer any of your personal information to anyone for any reason without your expressed written permission. If you ask or have purchased from us, your name will be added to our e-mail list unless you tell us not to or ask to be removed. We will utilize this list only when we update our stock. I honestly expect to do updates no more than twice a month.

Tobacco smoking has been proven to be hazardous to your health. No tobacco product can be safely substituted for another tobacco product. While some studies state that some forms of tobacco smoking offer a lower risk of health damage, all tobacco smoking carries some form of risk. Anyone over 18 can purchase and choose to smoke tobacco. Be an informed consumer and be aware of the risks of smoking before starting.
Disclaimer
Care has been taken to make sure everything on this site is accurate especially the prices. However we are human and errors happen. In case a pipe has been priced incorrectly the pipe will be put on hold until you are contacted. At that time you may choose to accept or cancel your purchase.
